Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented FMCG Export Sales Executive who has strong experience in international sales, especially within the African market. The ideal candidate must have an existing distributor network, strong sales ability, and deep knowledge of export operations. This role requires a proactive salesperson who can generate new business opportunities and expand our FMCG product reach outside the UAE. Key Responsibilities       •     Develop and expand FMCG export business in African markets.       •     Utilize existing distributor and client network to generate immediate business.       •     Identify and onboard new distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.       •     Handle complete export sales cycle from inquiry to order closure.       •     Manage customer relationships and ensure long-term business partnerships.       •     Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and warehouse teams for smooth order execution.       •     Handle and prepare export documentation and compliance procedures.       •     Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and product demand.       •     Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.       •     Represent company professionally in international trade and negotiations.

Desired Candidate Profile

Requirements       •     3–5 years experience in FMCG Export Sales.       •     Strong experience dealing with African region distributors and markets.       •     Proven track record of bringing new customers and generating export business.       •     Excellent knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and shipping procedures.       •     Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.       •     Highly motivated, smart, and target-driven personality. Language Requirements       •     Strong communication skills required in:       •     English       •     Hindi Preferred Candidate Profile       •     Preferably Sindhi candidate       •     Indian nationality preferred       •     Candidate must be currently based in Dubai, UAE       •     Strong distributor connections will be given priority
