Key Responsibilities

* Deliver high-quality food and beverage service to guests following established SOPs and brand standards
* Prepare service areas and attend daily briefings on menu updates, promotions, and operational requirements
* Demonstrate thorough knowledge of the restaurant s food and beverage offerings to make recommendations to guests
* Ensure fast, accurate, and courteous service for both buffet and a la carte operations
* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in all work areas and service stations
* Collaborate with kitchen and supporting departments to ensure timely service delivery
* Build positive relationships with guests, providing personalized and attentive service
* Monitor resource use and support cost-saving initiatives across food, beverage, and supplies
* Participate in required training programs to uphold brand and service quality standards

Ideal Profile

* At least one year of experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English
* Outgoing and approachable personality with a focus on guest satisfaction
* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and late shifts
* Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Professional presentation and passion for hospitality excellence
