Key Responsibilities

Assist in setting up restaurants, lounges, and dining areas according to service standards

Welcome guests warmly and guide them through menu options when needed

Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them promptly

Serve dishes and beverages with attention to detail and timing

Clear tables efficiently and reset them for the next guests

Support buffet service, room service, or event catering when assigned

Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation requirements at all times

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations

Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally

Assist with inventory checks, equipment care, and daily operational tasks

Support special events, private dining, and St. Regis signature rituals as required

Ideal Profile

Experience in food and beverage service preferred

Strong guest interaction and communication skills

Positive attitude with passion for hospitality

Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tables

Knowledge of basic POS systems is an advantage

Team player with good time management

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
