Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants, banquets, lounges, and room service
Ensure consistent food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction in line with Marriott policies
Lead, train, motivate, and evaluate food and beverage teams to achieve performance and service goals
Plan staffing, scheduling, and workforce requirements based on business needs
Manage budgets, control costs, and improve profitability across all outlets
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety regulations
Monitor guest feedback, handle complaints professionally, and implement service recovery actions
Coordinate with culinary, purchasing, finance, and operations teams for smooth service delivery
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, company SOPs, and Marriott brand standards
Support talent development, internal promotions, and a positive, inclusive work culture

Ideal Profile
Proven experience in a food and beverage management role within hotels or large hospitality operations
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Good knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and operational planning
Ability to perform in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
Commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement
