Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages.
Set tables according to event and service standards.
Answer guest questions about the menu and communicate special dietary needs to the kitchen.
Record orders in the MICROS system.
Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout service.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tables, and service equipment.
Follow company safety and security procedures.
Complete closing duties including restocking and securing the restaurant.
Assist guests with disabilities and anticipate service needs.
Support team members to achieve smooth daily operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 1 year of experience in food and beverage service.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong guest interaction and communication skills.
Ability to work on feet for long periods and handle physical tasks.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
