Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are hiring a strict and detail-oriented Quality Food Controller to manage the intake and safety of raw materials within our factory cold storage facility. You will be directly responsible for enforcing rigorous hygiene standards and ensuring full compliance with cold chain protocols. This is for Ice cream- baking products- desserts setting.
Key Responsibilities
Raw Material Inspection: Validate the quality, temperature, and supplier documentation for all incoming raw ingredients.
Cold Storage Control: Monitor freezer and chiller temperatures daily; strictly enforce FIFO/FEFO inventory rules.
Hygiene & Safety: Implement and monitor strict sanitation protocols and GMP compliance in refrigerated zones to prevent cross-contamination.
Non-Conformance: Tag, isolate, and reject any temperature-abused or substandard raw materials.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: 2+ years of QC/QA experience specifically in a food manufacturing factory or cold chain facility.
Skills: Exceptional knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food microbiology.
Environment: Must be comfortable working prolonged shifts inside a cold storage environment.
