Roles & Responsibilities
Dial Expert actively partners with freelance recruiters and recruitment agencies to support quality-driven growth. We treat recruiters as long-term partners, not vendors, offering opportunities to scale earnings and become full-time contractors.
Recruitment Process
- Sourcing: You evaluate audio/voice notes (accent, fluency) and CV relevance.
- Application: Guide candidates to complete the full application (no placeholder data).
- Validation: DX scores video submissions and sends invitations.
- Interviews: Conducted via Calendly. Punctuality is mandatory.
- Transparency: Feedback recorded in a shared internal form accessible to you.
Non-Payment Scenarios
- Candidate drops during training or on the first working day.
- Extended leave prevents completing a full month.
- Fewer than 10 business days completed dialing.
