Roles & Responsibilities

IntouchCX Egypt seeks skilled and motivated French Recruitment Specialists to support our mass hiring efforts for Customer Service roles. If you have a passion for people, recruitment, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment, we d like to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume customer service roles.

Conduct proactive sourcing using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and events.

Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.

Coordinate with hiring managers to align hiring needs and recruitment plans.

Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Participate in initiatives to support the talent pipeline and employer branding.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 6 months of experience in mass hiring, preferably in the BPO or customer service sector.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple roles and work under pressure to meet targets.

Fluency in French is essential.

Proficient in MS Office and digital recruitment tools.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related human resources function.
  • Fluency in both French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and best practices for identifying top talent.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in an office-based environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations relevant to recruitment processes.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to achieving recruitment goals.
