Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume customer service roles.
Conduct proactive sourcing using various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and events.
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to align hiring needs and recruitment plans.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Participate in initiatives to support the talent pipeline and employer branding.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 6 months of experience in mass hiring, preferably in the BPO or customer service sector.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and work under pressure to meet targets.
Fluency in French is essential.
Proficient in MS Office and digital recruitment tools.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Proven ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
