Position Overview
Vignette Collection Dubai is seeking a warm, detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to deliver seamless guest experiences and exceptional hospitality from check-in to check-out. Key Responsibilities

* Welcome guests with a friendly, professional demeanor and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences.
* Process reservations, room assignments, and billing transactions accurately.
* Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and travel directions.
* Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure complete satisfaction.
* Manage guest accounts and ensure accurate posting of charges and payments.
* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms are ready for arrivals.
* Monitor and update room availability and guest preferences in the property management system.
* Follow hotel procedures for security, privacy, and safety of guest information.
* Promote loyalty programs, upsell rooms and amenities to enhance revenue and guest experience.
* Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while adhering to grooming and presentation standards.

Ideal Profile

* Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Guest Service Associate in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
* Proficiency in hotel management systems such as Opera or similar PMS.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a guest-first mindset.
* Professional appearance, punctuality, and attention to detail.
* Tech-savvy and capable of handling payment systems, booking portals, and online guest communication.
* Fluency in English required; additional languages such as Arabic, French, or Russian are a plus.
* Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
