Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and efficiency, creating a positive first impression that sets the tone for their stay.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes with precision, ensuring accuracy and a seamless experience.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately, utilizing hotel management systems.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, upholding the hotel's standards of presentation.
  • Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options, offering personalized recommendations.
  • Manage guest accounts and financial transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and credit card processing.
  • Proactively identify and address guest needs, going above and beyond to create memorable experiences.
  • Stay updated on hotel policies, procedures, and emergency protocols, ensuring guest safety and security.
