Roles & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook meals with precision, using a variety of Indian cooking techniques to create diverse and flavorful Indian dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure food safety.
  • Plan and execute weekly menus, considering time constraints and seasonal availability to optimize meal preparation.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, keeping track of supplies and placing orders timely to avoid interruptions in meal preparation.
  • Craft personalized meal plans that cater to dietary restrictions and preferences, ensuring a delightful dining experience for all household members.
  • Source fresh, high-quality ingredients from local markets or trusted suppliers, emphasizing seasonal produce and sustainability.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a domestic cooking role or similar culinary environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with household members and feedback incorporation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, ensuring timely meal preparation.
  • Flexibility to adapt to last-minute changes in meal plans or dietary needs, demonstrating problem-solving abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with culinary training or relevant certifications preferred.
