Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure all construction activities adhere strictly to approved design drawings, specifications, and local building codes, guaranteeing project compliance and quality.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, proactively identifying and resolving any technical issues or discrepancies to maintain project timelines and standards.
  • Prepare and submit detailed technical reports, progress updates, and as-built drawings to the relevant authorities and stakeholders, documenting project milestones and changes.
  • Collaborate closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other project team members, facilitating effective communication and coordination to ensure seamless project execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, providing a strong foundation in engineering principles.
  • Possesses a valid G+4 DM (Dubai Municipality) Engineer License, demonstrating the required qualifications for the role.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction projects in Dubai, showing familiarity with local regulations and practices.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in using AutoCAD and other relevant design software, enabling efficient creation and interpretation of technical drawings.
