Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop the activities of Endena Group in the GCC region.
For Terao & Atixis :
Main focuses will be on Building and Real Estate developments in the GCC, including retail, high-end residential, hospitality, industrial and data centre projects.
In charge of the full BD process in the targeted markets: Identification of potential clients, setting up of key meetings, identification of opportunities, proposal set up in collaboration with the Operation Manager & negotiation with support of the Managing Director.
Bidding Management / Closely follow the process, gather documentation from different stakeholders with support of Regional Admin Staff. Respect deadlines.
Sales data input in various systems such as CRM and databases.
Support on BtoB Event organization and participation. Be active in several business associations.
Develop and support TERAO secondment activity, including qualification of client needs, assessment of consulting profiles, and coordination of expert deployment.
For Endena Consulting (secondment services)
Translate client technical needs into clearly defined consulting or secondment scopes
Identify, qualify, and maintain a pool of qualified consultants aligned with TERAO expertise domains
Conduct candidate interviews and technical / functional assessments
Assess candidate suitability versus client project requirements
Coordinate candidate presentation and validation with clients
Support assignment setup, onboarding, and follow-up
Ensure alignment between client expectations, consultant capabilities, and TERAO quality standards
Desired Candidate Profile
University/Business School degree in Business/Marketing, Engineers with sales/marketing experience
Required profile: minimum 5+ years experience in Business Development, including at least 3 years in the GCC region, selling technical services or solutions within the Building sector: Ideally providing Building or/and Energy/Sustainability related Services. Coming from such type of company:
Energy Service or Solution Company/ ESCO
Green Building Consultancy
Engineering company, either construction or process
Technical FM services
Strong network across Building Sector technical stakeholders (Architects, Engineering companies, Project Management firms, Contractors), either as clients and/or prescribers
Good knowledge of the real estate market and its key players, including major developers
Experience working on projects related to retail, high-end residential and/or hospitality
From the Building sector, working for technical companies selling services or solutions
In control of the end-to-end Business Development process
Based in the GCC region (Dubai, Abu Dhabi or Saudi Arabia)
Understanding of Key Account Management Concept Has in his/her own portfolio of clients international & local Key accounts.
Proven experience in similar positions must be in control of > 80% of the tasks listed above.
Good level of English, both written/spoken.
Solid experience in the use of MS Office
Familiar with CRM tools
Autonomous, Organized, with good command of time & priority management
Open-minded personality with a strong desire to learn
Ability to work within an international and multicultural team
Willing to travel regularly.
Interest in the Sustainability industry is a must
