Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 6 brokers (scaling to 8).
  • Oversee client relationships and provide direct support for key accounts.
  • Define, draft, and implement workflows and approval processes to improve efficiency.
  • Drive sales in aircraft private, commercial and cargo charter, ACMI and buying/selling aircraft.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all broker interactions.
  • Support business development and growth strategy in the Middle East market.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership and management experience, ideally within aviation, charter, or related industries.
  • Strong background in customer service and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and implement operational workflows.
  • Commercial acumen with experience in sales, negotiation, and business growth.
  • Already based in UAE - Work visa can be supported
  • Flexible and available to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 business environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Our VIP client is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and expand our brokerage team. This is a newly created leadership position, responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless client service, and driving business growth within the charter and ACMI aircraft leasing sector.
