Roles & Responsibilities

What You ll Be Doing

Talent Acquisition (Recruitment Excellence)

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle from advert to offer.
  • Screening candidates clearly against role criteria.
  • Conducting strong, structured interviews.
  • Coordinating interviews and documenting selection decisions.
  • Managing onboarding and ensuring new joiners complete all requirements.

Employee Relations (Capable & Confident)

  • Handling disciplinaries, investigations and performance cases.
  • Preparing letters, minutes and case documents to a high standard.
  • Managing probation reviews and follow-ups.
  • Ensuring all actions align with employment law and policy.

Training & Development

  • Writing and delivering simple, practical training sessions for staff.
  • Managing training attendance, sign-offs and compliance records.
  • Following up on missing training until fully closed.

Performance Management

  • Driving KPIs, appraisals and review cycles.
  • Tracking PIPs and performance follow-up actions.

Payroll & Monthly HR Changes

  • Submitting payroll amendments accurately (new joiners, leavers, deductions).
  • Checking and verifying overtime sheets and approvals.
  • Ensuring accurate attendance, leave and sickness data is sent to Finance.

Compensation & Benefits Administration

  • Managing medical insurance updates, claims and renewals.
  • Handling allowances, entitlements and benefit-related documentation.

Attendance & Leave Administration

  • Maintaining attendance logs daily.
  • Monitoring lateness, absence and leave balances.
  • Following up on inconsistencies or patterns.

Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Preparing contracts, welcome packs and orientation schedules.
  • Ensuring all joining documents are complete.
  • Managing smooth resignations, exits and final settlements.

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Supporting simple engagement activities and internal communication.
  • Tracking morale indicators and welfare trends.

Welfare & Wellbeing

  • Conducting periodic welfare checks with documented outcomes.
  • Supporting basic wellbeing initiatives across the site.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Ensuring policies are followed consistently.
  • Updating documents in line with UAE labour law.
  • Maintaining clean, compliant employee files.

HR Administration

  • Preparing letters, memos and internal HR documentation.
  • Tracking probation, renewals, confirmations and changes.

HR Reporting

  • Producing Reports For Managementheadcountrecruitment statusattendance & overtimetraining complianceretention & turnover trends

Workforce Planning Support

  • Tracking vacancies and manpower needs.
  • Supporting annual and quarterly workforce planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

The successful applicant will be required to reside on-site, at our farm in Al Hiyar, UAE.This role requires someone who is excellent at recruitment, confident in employee relations, carries our determination to make this a fully engaged and wonderful place to work and is meticulous with data, records and follow-up.
