Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are supporting the pre-opening of an exciting new casual fine dining concept and are seeking experienced General Managers (GM) and Assistant General Managers (AGM) to lead the team from launch through to successful operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a major restaurant group and play a key role in building a best-in-class guest experience from day one.
Role Requirements
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
Excellent guest relations and service standards with a hands-on management style
Strong financial acumen experience in budgeting, cost control, labor management, and driving profitability
Confident in pre-opening processes including recruitment, training, SOP implementation, and setting service standards
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Energetic, detail-oriented, and operationally focused
Desired Candidate Profile
Role Requirements
Proven experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in High End well known independent fine dining restaurants in Dubai
We are seeking polished, elegant hospitality leaders who bring warmth, presence, and impeccable guest engagement to every service moment.
Must currently be based in the UAE and available for face-to-face interviews
