Roles & Responsibilities
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Group Human Resources Manager to lead and manage the HR function across multiple business units including Healthcare, Construction, Trading, and Automotive. The ideal candidate must have deep knowledge of UAE Labor Law, DOH & DHA healthcare protocols, HR operations, talent management, and workforce planning in diverse, fast-paced environments.
This role will oversee end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR compliance, and organizational development across group companies.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and guide HR teams across multiple entities.
- Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and retention programs.
2. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with UAE Labor Law, DOH/DHA regulations, and industry-specific legal requirements.
- Manage employee files, contracts, HR policies, and audits.
- Oversee visa processing, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
3. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Create hiring strategies for healthcare, construction, automotive, and trading divisions.
- Manage senior-level recruitment and manpower planning.
- Build a strong talent pipeline for critical positions.
4. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Coordination
- Review and structure salary packages in compliance with market benchmarks.
- Oversee payroll accuracy, attendance, overtime calculations, allowances, and incentives.
- Develop C&B policies suitable for multi-industry operations.
5. Performance Management & Employee Relations
- Design and implement KPI-based performance evaluation systems.
- Manage grievances, investigations, and disciplinary procedures.
- Support leadership teams in building high-performing, motivated teams.
6. Healthcare-Specific HR Compliance
- Ensure compliance with DOH & DHA requirements for licensing, credentialing, and regulatory audits.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and tracking of healthcare professionals.
- Liaise with medical directors and regulatory bodies.
7. Construction & Automotive Sector HR
- Oversee blue-collar workforce management, camp accommodation, safety standards, and mobilization.
- Manage technical hiring, site-based HR, and shift/workforce scheduling.
- Implement HSE-aligned HR initiatives for construction and automotive environments.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration (Master’s preferred).
- 8–12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial/group-level role.
- Strong exposure to Healthcare HR (DOH/DHA protocols).
- Experience in Construction, Automotive, and Trading sectors is mandatory.
- Deep understanding of UAE Labor Law, HR best practices, and regulatory systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
