Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare dining and service areas and ensure all setups meet brand standards
Welcome guests, assist with seating, and support their service needs
Coordinate guest requests with the kitchen and service teams
Serve food and beverages in line with quality and presentation guidelines
Monitor cleanliness and organization of workstations, service areas, and storage
Support smooth operations during busy periods
Maintain hygiene, safety, and operational standards
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally
Carry, move, and lift items as required for service operations
Perform additional service tasks as assigned by supervisors
