Solid experience working as a Head Chef or in a similar high-level kitchen leadership role within the UAE
Deep expertise in Italian cuisine, paired with creativity, innovation, and appreciation for premium ingredients
Strong operational management abilities, including staff development, menu planning, and upholding food safety standards
Exceptional communication and leadership skills to guide and inspire a multicultural team
Requirements:
Must currently reside in the UAE
Background in upscale Italian or Mediterranean restaurants
A culinary degree or recognized certification is an added advantage
