Roles & Responsibilities

Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations

  • Design and develop menus with a strong focus on authenticity and innovation
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Control food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgets
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations

Own Residency Visa is a must

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a reputable establishment
