Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients while expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead and manage the B2B sales and account management teams, ensuring achievement of KPIs and business objectives.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and service delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and tailored solutions for corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy and drive innovation.
- Track performance through CRM tools, prepare regular reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking platforms, and high-level meetings to strengthen brand presence.
- Consultancy background preferred. Functional Competencies
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, corporate negotiations, and account management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and business strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.

- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
