Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B strategy to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients while expanding opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Lead and manage the B2B sales and account management teams, ensuring achievement of KPIs and business objectives.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with decision-makers, corporate partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and service delivery teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Oversee the preparation of proposals, contracts, and tailored solutions for corporate clients.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to inform strategy and drive innovation.
  • Track performance through CRM tools, prepare regular reports, and present updates to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking platforms, and high-level meetings to strengthen brand presence.
Education & Experience
  • Consultancy background preferred. Functional Competencies
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, corporate negotiations, and account management.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in market research and business strategy.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
