Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Strategy & Market Growth

    Define and execute the business development strategy for the GCC region

    Drive sustainable revenue growth across retail clients, IBs, and strategic partners

    Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and expansion channels

    Monitor market trends and competitor activity

  2. Leadership & Team Management

    Build, lead, mentor, and motivate the GCC business development team

    Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks

    Ensure consistent execution of sales strategies across the team

    Foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture

  3. Partnerships & Client Development

    Acquire and manage key Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners

    Build, maintain and grow relationships with high-value clients and partners

  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

    Work closely with marketing, compliance, operations, and product teams

    Ensure smooth onboarding and strong client support

    Provide market feedback to support product development and campaigns

  5. Reporting & Performance Management

    Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts

    Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management

    Recommend improvements to processes, campaigns, and partner structures

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within FX / CFD brokerage

  2. Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring sales / BD teams

  3. Strong experience working in or targeting the GCC FX market

  4. Established network of clients, IBs, affiliates, or strategic partners in the GCC

  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  6. Strategic mindset with strong execution and problem-solving abilities

  7. Candidates should speak either Arabic or Hindi (not mandatory to know both)

  8. English proficiency is an added advantage

  9. High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability

  10. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace Willingness to travel within GCC region as required
