Roles & Responsibilities
Strategy & Market Growth
Define and execute the business development strategy for the GCC region
Drive sustainable revenue growth across retail clients, IBs, and strategic partners
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and expansion channels
Monitor market trends and competitor activity
Leadership & Team Management
Build, lead, mentor, and motivate the GCC business development team
Set clear KPIs, targets, and performance benchmarks
Ensure consistent execution of sales strategies across the team
Foster a high-performance, results-oriented culture
Partnerships & Client Development
Acquire and manage key Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners
Build, maintain and grow relationships with high-value clients and partners
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, compliance, operations, and product teams
Ensure smooth onboarding and strong client support
Provide market feedback to support product development and campaigns
Reporting & Performance Management
Track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipelines, and forecasts
Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management
Recommend improvements to processes, campaigns, and partner structures
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within FX / CFD brokerage
Proven leadership experience managing or mentoring sales / BD teams
Strong experience working in or targeting the GCC FX market
Established network of clients, IBs, affiliates, or strategic partners in the GCC
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic mindset with strong execution and problem-solving abilities
Candidates should speak either Arabic or Hindi (not mandatory to know both)
English proficiency is an added advantage
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability
Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Office, and Google Workspace Willingness to travel within GCC region as required

Role Overview
The Head of Business Development will be responsible for owning and executing the business development strategy in the GCC region. You will build, lead and mentor the local business development team, expand the IB and partner network, strengthen key client relationships, and work closely with senior management to shape long-term market strategy. This position offers significant autonomy and direct influence on the company’s success in one of its most important growth markets.
