Roles & Responsibilities

Description:In this role, you will lead business development initiatives focused on AI and high-density data center infrastructure projects within the DFW region. You will play a critical role in building strategic partnerships, originating opportunities, and converting executive relationships into bankable projects that support the company s expansion into next-generation AI data center platforms across North America.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Originate and drive AI and high-density data center project opportunities within the DFW market
  • Convert executive relationships into active and viable project pipelines
  • Engage hyperscalers, AI compute firms, developers, colocation operators, and infrastructure investors
  • Lead early-stage project structuring including site strategy, power planning, utility coordination, and partner alignment
  • Establish strategic partnerships with developers, EPC contractors, utilities, and capital partners
  • Lead senior-level commercial negotiations and deal execution
  • Drive near-term project wins and long-term pipeline growth
  • Represent the organization at executive meetings, industry forums, and strategic engagements
  • Support the development of the company s U.S. data center platform and expansion strategy

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of senior leadership in data centers, digital infrastructure, or large projects
  • Proven track record closing infrastructure deals
  • Experience with AI data centers, high-density computing, modular delivery, or power solutions
  • Commercially astute with ability to lead complex negotiations and drive deals independently
