About Floof :-
Floof is a prescription driven veterinary e commerce platform operating within one of the UAE s largest veterinary ecosystems. We don t depend on heavy paid acquisition, discounts, or promotion led tactics. Our focus is simple: transform existing clinical intent prescriptions, chronic care needs, and booked services into seamless, ethical, recurring online revenue. This role is designed to take full ownership of that conversion journey from start to finish.
The Role
This is a senior individual contributor role with full commercial ownership.
You are the single threaded owner of online revenue.
This is not a brand, content, or growth marketing role.
You will operate hands-on across:
  • Conversion
  • Retention
  • Refill and repeat purchasing
  • Lifecycle automation
  • Shopify performance
You ll set priorities ruthlessly and delegate execution to tech and CRM teams where needed while remaining accountable for outcomes.
What You ll Own
Revenue Ownership
  • End to end ownership of online revenue performance
  • Refill conversion, repeat purchase rate, AOV, and purchase frequency
  • Reducing leakage between clinics and online fulfilment
  • Accountability for results, not activity
Patient Journey Ownership
  • The full digital journey post prescription
  • Calm, medically appropriate, frictionless experiences
  • Reorder, refill, and continuity flows
  • Safe reactivation of dormant patients
Shopify Ownership
  • Shopify optimisation and performance
  • Reorder flows, checkout speed, and UX
  • Products, variants, collections, tags, and metafields
  • Intelligent use of Shopify constraints
    (You don t need to code but you must deeply understand Shopify as an operator.)
Lifecycle Automation & CRM
  • Condition based automation across WhatsApp, SMS, and email
  • Accurate triggers, suppression rules, and lifecycle states
  • Close collaboration with tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, Braze, Customer.io, or similar
Data & Decision Making
  • Daily monitoring of conversion, AOV, and repeat frequency
  • Diagnosing funnel issues across UX, logic, inventory, or data
  • Prioritising initiatives based on revenue impact
Tech & Cross-Functional Work
  • Translating commercial needs into clear technical requirements
  • Managing developers or agencies without micromanagement
  • Coordinating with clinics and operations without disrupting workflows
What We re Looking For
Must-Have
  • Proven ownership of e commerce revenue
  • Hands-on Shopify experience
  • Lifecycle / CRM automation experience
  • Strong understanding of funnels, triggers, and lifecycle states
  • Comfort working with data and real operational constraints
  • Ability to operate independently with minimal structure
Strong Advantage
  • Healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated commerce experience
  • WhatsApp or SMS driven commerce
  • Repeat-purchase or subscription-adjacent models
  • Experience working with lean tech teams

Paid media or performance marketing
Content or social media
Large-team people management
If your primary strength is traffic, ads, or campaigns this role will not be a fit.

  • Growth in online prescription revenue
  • Refill conversion rate
  • Repeat purchase frequency
  • Average order value
  • Stability and quality of the patient journey
Why This Role Matters
Floof sits on a large volume of existing clinical intent prescriptions already written and trust already earned.
This role exists to convert that intent into scalable, ethical online revenue without adding noise, risk, or complexity.
