Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Early Years section, driving excellence in teaching and learning outcomes
Inspire, mentor, and develop KG teachers through coaching and professional feedback
Build a collaborative, child-centered culture focused on continuous growth
Oversee implementation of the American curriculum in alignment with international benchmarks and UAE standards
Monitor learning through observations, assessment data, and quality assurance practices
Build strong, meaningful relationships with parents and families
Represent the KG program at open days, tours, and community events
Ensure full alignment with UAE regulatory requirements, including KHDA expectations
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for every child
Desired Candidate Profile
Head of Early Years (Bilingual) : We are seeking an exceptional Head of Early Years to lead our Kindergarten (KG) division with vision, passion, and purpose.
This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic bilingual leader to shape high-quality early childhood education in a thriving Dubai school community. Reporting directly to the Principal, you will champion best practices in early years pedagogy while fostering a nurturing, inclusive, and high-performing environment for students and staff.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
Minimum 5 years of Early Years experience (leadership experience preferred)
Experience with an American curriculum (UAE/international school experience highly desirable)
Strong understanding of early childhood pedagogies and global best practices
