Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Head of General Services
- To ensure the management and monitoring of the company's general resources.
- Supervise the maintenance of premises and equipment.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers (security, cleaning, maintenance).
- Track equipment orders and stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety rules.
- Organize logistical services (transport, supplies, equipment).
- To participate in improving the working conditions of employees.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Training in management, logistics or administration.
- Experience in a similar position preferred.
- Good organizational and prioritization skills.
- Sense of responsibility and rigor.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- My proficiency with office software (Excel, Word).
