Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and implement the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans.
Lead the forecasting process, utilizing statistical models and market intelligence to improve forecast accuracy and minimize inventory costs.
Research and seek out the most cost-efficient shipment procedures and methods.
Manage inventory levels across the supply chain, balancing service levels with inventory investment to minimize working capital.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have a Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in supply chain planning roles, with a proven track record of success.
Demonstrates experience within the manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
Experience in SAP system will be an added value.
