Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives of the firm.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the HR team to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Design and administer compensation, benefits, and performance management systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to support organizational change and development initiatives.
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management with 15 years of experience.
  • Construction background is a must.
  • Expertise in Labor and Employment Law and creating and implementing HR Policies
  • Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
  • Relevant qualifications such as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master s degree is a plus)
  • Previous experience in a senior HR role is highly preferred
