Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We're seeking an ambitious and experienced Head of Sales to join our team and drive the expansion of our business. This is a crucial leadership role for someone with a proven background in B2B SaaS sales management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the sales organization structure for a new business vertical.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales framework, including lead generation, sales narratives, pipeline management, cross-selling, and upselling.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve company targets.
  • Act as the primary advocate for our partners' needs and feedback with internal teams.
  • Drive revenue by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Work with industry partners to strengthen our position as a thought leader.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and accelerate customer adoption.
  • Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with product and trading teams to improve existing offerings and develop new solutions based on market demand.
  • Identify and pursue new business synergies within the broader industry ecosystem.

What You'll Bring

  • Hands-on experience building and scaling a high-growth SaaS sales organization (including process development, budgeting, and compensation).
  • At least 3 years of experience leading a sales team with a proven track record of success.
  • Direct field experience in betting/igaming is a huge advantage!
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to take ownership and make difficult decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to effectively coordinate between sales, marketing, product, and other departments.
  • An independent and valuable perspective, combined with strong listening skills.
  • Fluency in English.
