Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training and development strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Identify skills gaps and create tailored training programmes to address them.
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership development initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training aligns with business needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes and make necessary adjustments.

Desired Candidate Profile
A successful Head of Training & Talent Development Department should have:
