Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular safety inspections of school facilities (classrooms, labs, grounds) and prepare risk assessments.
  • Develop and enforce health and safety policies, procedures, and sanitation protocols, including COVID-19 or hazardous material handling.
  • Oversee fire safety compliance, fire drills, first-aid training, and emergency response coordination.
  • Investigate, document, and report all accidents & injuries on campus.
  • Train staff on emergency procedures, first aid, and safety, and promote a positive safety culture within the school community.
  • Ensure contractors working on-site follow safety protocols and have proper documentation.
  • Maintain records and generate reports for school management regarding health and safety metrics and required improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Any bachelor's degree (Certificates attested for work in UAE)

Excellent English proficiency

Must have Equivalency certificate like NEBOSH, IOSH, Occupational Health and Safety, CSP (mandatory.
