Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize product marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI for all marketing campaigns across diverse channels.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior management, and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving revenue growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Hold relevant marketing certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to demonstrate expertise in digital marketing.
- Have a minimum of 8 years of progressive marketing experience, with a focus on the plastic manufacturing or related industrial sectors.
- Have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, CRM).
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the plastic manufacturing industry, including materials, processes, and market dynamics.
- Have a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel occasionally for business purposes.
- Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
