Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of holiday home units
Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and inspections
Conduct property inspections and report issues
Communicate with tenants/guests when required
Handle minor issues and coordinate with technicians
Monitor inventory (linens, supplies, toiletries)
Work closely with the back-office/admin team
Assist with check-ins/check-outs when needed
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements
Professional fluency in English
Previous experience in holiday homes, or hospitality preferred but candidates from all backgrounds will be considered
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple properties
Good communication skills (English required)
Must be physically active and willing to travel across Dubai via metro and bus
Basic problem-solving and coordination ability
Work 6 days a week from 9:00am to 6:00pm
