Job Summary:

We are looking for a pleasant and well-presented Hostess to welcome guests, manage table reservations, and ensure a smooth dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
• Manage reservations and waiting lists
• Escort guests to their tables
• Coordinate with the service team for table availability
• Handle guest inquiries and provide basic information
• Maintain reception and waiting area appearance
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Hostess in restaurant / hotel / fine dining
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-groomed with a pleasant personality
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems
• Ability to handle guests professionally
