Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Handle restaurant phone calls, guest queries, and reservation requests
Greet guests warmly and ensure prompt seating to support smooth service flow
Assist with taking initial drink orders when required
Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
Support the restaurant manager in daily operational tasks
Assist in resolving guest concerns professionally
Coordinate with service staff and help other roles when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
Previous experience as a hostess in a luxury or upscale restaurant
Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems
Strong guest service mindset and positive communication style
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator in person and over the phone
Organized, proactive, and detail-focused
Good command of the English language
