Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Job Location : Fujairah, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
Assist chefs in the hot kitchen with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
Prepare ingredients, sauces, and components as directed.
Maintain station cleanliness, equipment, and stock levels.
Adhere to all kitchen safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Support the team during busy service periods.
Requirements & Skills:
1-2 years of experience as a commi in a hot kitchen.
Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
Candidates must be locally available in Fujairah.
