Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel.
  • Handle check-in and check-out processes efficiently, managing guest records and processing payments accurately.
  • Provide detailed information about the hotel’s services, amenities, and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
  • Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, turning potential issues into positive experiences.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or related field is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality roles, ideally in a hotel environment for at least 1-2 years.
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are highly desirable for international guest interactions.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office Suite, showcasing technical aptitude.
