Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to exit interviews, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all.
- Oversee and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off, to ensure employee satisfaction and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company values and legal requirements, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and providing guidance to managers and employees, fostering a harmonious work environment.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews, to attract top talent.
