Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and execute employee onboarding and offboarding procedures efficiently.
Address employee grievances with professionalism and empathy, ensuring a harmonious workplace.
Maintain accurate HR and employee records, assisting in daily HR operations.
Support recruitment activities, including job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and HR programs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of HR experience within the UAE, preferably in Facilities Management.
Fluency in English and Hindi, both written and spoken, is essential.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR management systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee data.
