Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks.
Assist in payroll preparation by collecting, verifying, and updating attendance and employee data.
Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee records accurately.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare HR letters, reports, and HR-related documentation.
Coordinate training sessions, staff events, and orientation programs.
Address employee inquiries and provide timely support.
Support the HR team in implementing policies and ensuring compliance with company procedures.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in HR or administration is an advantage.
- Experience in the educational industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience in payroll is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of basic HR practices and procedures.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
