Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description
• Maintain digital and paper personnel records, update HR databases and process employee
documentation.
• Coordinate new hire orientation, prepare onboarding materials, and set up employee
workstations.
• Monitoring daily attendance, tracking absences, leaves and tardiness.
• Compiling and providing necessary data—such as overtime and unpaid leaves.
• Maintaining accurate digital and physical employee files, ensuring compliance with privacy
regulations.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal company policies.
Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least one year of experience
