Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description:

The HR Associate is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations in

compliance with Saudi labor laws, including employee relations, payroll coordination,

recruitment, and regulatory compliance support.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities to ensure timely hiring aligned with business needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to support compliance with Saudization (Nitaqat) requirements.
  • Coordinate the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, transfers, and offboarding, in compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
  • Maintain accurate HR and employee records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Ensure adherence to local labor regulations and maintain up-to-date HR policies, procedures, and internal work rules.
  • Support and coordinate with internal stakeholders to execute HR operations on government platforms, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee data.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with Finance, including salary changes and employee updates, while supporting benefits administration. Responsible for the preparation of final settlements and ensuring timely payments.
  • Act as the point of contact for employee relations, addressing queries, resolving grievances, and supporting disciplinary processes.
  • Prepare monthly attendance reports and maintain the employee leave calendar.
  • Collaborate with the Regional HR team on annual appraisals, headcount planning, HR budgeting, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Prepare and present HR reports, tracking key metrics such as headcount, turnover, and Saudization compliance on a monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s/Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2 5 years of HR experience in KSA
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance
  • Exposure to working with regional offices across multiple locations is an added advantage.
