Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audits of hiring and HR records to ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for external audits and investigations.
  • Remediate and follow up on potential compliance gaps.
  • Develop audit reports and recommendations to HR and leadership.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources or legal
  • Prior experience in HR auditing, HR compliance, or a related function.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical and investigative skills.
