Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct audits of hiring and HR records to ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare for external audits and investigations.
- Remediate and follow up on potential compliance gaps.
- Develop audit reports and recommendations to HR and leadership.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in human resources or legal
- Prior experience in HR auditing, HR compliance, or a related function.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical and investigative skills.
Preferred Experience (Optional):
- Experience in multi-jurisdictional compliance
