Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Collaborate with business leaders to develop HR strategies that support business goals.
Participate in strategic planning meetings to identify workforce needs, skill gaps, and succession plans.
Provide HR insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness and performance.
Partner with line managers to identify, attract, and retain top talent.
Lead performance management processes, ensuring fairness, objectivity, and alignment with KPIs.
Support career development plans and implement learning & development initiatives.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Promote a positive, compliant, and inclusive work environment.
Manage disciplinary actions, grievances, and investigations in collaboration with the HR Head.
Drive culture initiatives, change management projects, and employee engagement activities.
Analyze organizational trends using HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance data) and propose corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.
Support payroll accuracy by providing updated employee information.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions.
Provide regular reports and insights to management on HR KPIs.
Utilize HR systems and analytics tools to support decision-making.
Assist in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
Flexibly move between branches as required to support HR initiatives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s or Master s degree in a relevant field.
Cairo residences is preferred.
Proven years of HR experience.
Analytical and goal oriented
Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in recruitment and various HR functions.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Presentable demeanor with a professional appearance.
Willing to relocate.
Eager to learn and grow within the HR field.
