Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify, attract, and source qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Prepare and update job descriptions; manage job postings on the company s career portal and track candidate progress using ATS.
  • Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Coordinate background checks and reference verifications.
  • Negotiate employment terms and extend job offers.
  • Lead and manage manpower planning and workforce forecasting activities.

Organizational Development (OD)

  • Design and implement organizational development programs aligned with the company s strategic direction.
  • Support departmental restructuring initiatives to improve efficiency and align roles with business objectives.
  • Enhance workforce utilization by promoting cross-functional collaboration and interdepartmental flexibility.
  • Measure and analyze the impact of OD initiatives on employee performance, productivity, engagement, retention, and job satisfaction.
  • Document HR and OD processes and prepare progress and impact reports for the HR leadership team.

Strategic HR Partnership

  • Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring HR initiatives support organizational goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to managers and employees.
  • Drive talent management processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, and performance management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives, particularly within the manufacturing sector.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce trends to deliver data-driven solutions to business challenges.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Lead organizational change initiatives and support cultural transformation programs.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement employee engagement, learning, and development initiatives.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives across the organization.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is an advantage).
  • 4 6 years of professional experience in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, assessment tools, and employer branding.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing OD initiatives such as performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience in HR reporting and data interpretation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR systems (ATS, HRIS).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
