Partner with leaders to design and implement employee strategies within their areas of responsibility.

• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned departments, providing expert guidance on HR-related matters.
• Organize and manage data for Annual Salary Increases, FTE planning, and personnel cost forecasting.
• Support strategic workforce planning and talent pipeline development.
• Coordinate with HR Recruiting to fulfil staffing needs and participate in interviews when required.
• Manage and coordinate HR-related topics and initiatives for the respective departments.
• Contribute to talent management and succession planning efforts.
• Assist leaders in salary change processes and training program selections.
• Facilitate exit processes and ensure smooth transitions.
• Coach and consult leaders on team development, leadership, and skill management.
• Evaluate future business needs and recommend appropriate HR measures.
