Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR documentation.
- Draft HR letters, memos, NOC letters, salary certificates, and internal correspondence.
- Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and onboarding procedures.
- Process attendance, leave records, and basic payroll inputs.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including ticket booking, hotel reservations, and related logistics.
- Handle employee relations support and routine HR communications.
- Manage medical tests, IDs, renewals, and HR-related government documentation.
- Prepare reports, forms, and ensure compliance with Qatar Labour Law.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR Department.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience in Qatar.
- Strong administrative and record-keeping capability.
- Excellent letter-writing, documentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; HRMS knowledge is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Qatar Labour Law preferred.
- Transferable visa with NOC preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given priority.
