Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines.
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in the PayPoint HR system.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and offer letters.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.
Generate reports and metrics related to recruitment and HR activities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.
Desired Candidate Profile
-Proven experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
-Familiarity with PayPoint HR system (or similar HRIS platforms).
-Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-High attention to detail and accuracy.
-Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
-Understanding of employment legislation and recruitment best practices.
