Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Management:
- Post job openings on various platforms (job boards, company website, social media).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, communicating with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain talent pool of potential candidates in the market received through recruitment platforms such as walk-ins, career pages, referrals, and job fairs
Onboarding and Offboarding:
- Prepare onboarding materials, welcome packages, and orientation schedules for new hires.
- Facilitate new employee orientations, ensuring completion of necessary paperwork and training.
- Manage exit processes.
General Administrative Support:
- Organize HR meetings, manage scheduling, and take meeting minutes as needed.
- Manage the HR department s inventory and order supplies as necessary.
Training and Development:
- Coordinate training programs, workshops, and seminars for employee development Handle logistics, including scheduling, room setup, and communication with trainers
